It is with much sadness to announce that Fact and Fancy closed. A store dedicated to all things home-made and wonderfully crafted was a pleasure to have around. But how does one compete with people's superficial desire for "new, manufactured and cheap" goods. That break in a month to boot. No wonder we are in a fiscal crisis.I was contacted by this wonderful new store about to open in Boerum Hill called Fact and Fancy about being in their opening show. Of course I said yes.... and have three rustic plaques for purchase there.
They are located at 75b Hoyt Street, near Atlantic Ave. and plan to open as of June 1st. They are also on the map for the Atlantic Ave. Artwalk June 7th and 8th.
